Engraving: With so many choices - in engravers and styles - individual estimates are determined for each order. As a guide, standard patterns range from £6000 to £12000. Special engraving, game scenes etc., cost more and can only quoted for individually.
Cases, gunslips, cleaning accessories and tools. All can be supplied as extras, please enquire.

Orders for new Supreme de Luxe are confirmed by payment of a deposit of 33 1/3% gross price including V.A.T. at rate ruling at time of payment if applicable All prices are strictly nett, ex works and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate in force whenever a payment is made. A further payment of 33 1/3% of the total gross price is required when the gun is ready for stocking. The balance is payable on completion of the order and adequate time must be allowed for clearance of funds. U.K. V.A.T. is not payable if the gun is exported from the U.K. by a non U.K. or non E.C. resident subject to our receipt of a validated proof of export. However, export orders are liable to any import taxes or duties at the place of importation and these payments are the purchasers responsibility. All orders are subject to our increase proviso as per our terms of business, currently 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice and should be confirmed with A.A.Brown and Sons prior to placing an order.
Delivery varies according to specification and is particularly dependent upon the type of engraving chosen. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the large number of man hours involved in building each gun and the delays that can sometimes occur at the engraving stage. As a guide the current delivery is estimated but not fixed at 3 to 5 years from confirmation of order. Special engraving and game scenes are charged as an extra. A guide to the price of this can usually be given but the cost is that ruling at the time of completion. Cases and accessories are extras and various makes and types can be quoted for when a gun order is placed. Other shooting accessories such as gunslips and cartridge bags or magazines can also be supplied. Often, matching hide can be used for all accessories if ordered together. Visits to see guns in progress are welcomed by appointment.

The customising menu is varied therefore these prices are a guide only. For instance, our wood only upgrade to straight hand stock, splinter for end, re-chequer and best oiled finish costs from £2,500. All the modifications would be to the customers gun, but we can help you source a donor gun should you not already have one.
